The Fairmont Royal Pavilion has been described as 'The Jewel in the Crown of Barbados' where gently swaying palms grow tall amidst outstanding landscaped gardens, aflame with tropical flowers, lily ponds and fountains. A small but deluxe resort, Royal Pavilion has few equals in the Caribbean. Set on the West or Platinum coast of Barbados, on a sheltered bay, the hotel offers 72 deluxe oceanfront Junior Suites and a three-bedroom villa. Tastefully decorated in a relaxed Caribbean style, all of their guestrooms have their own private balcony or terrace. Hotel features include complimentary water sports, 2 lit tennis courts, safe swimming and a small shopping arcade. Palm Terrace is an introduction to fine dining and architectural ingenuity rolled into one deluxe restaurant. Taboras, the coffee shop, is more than most travellers would expect to find in a first- class restaurant. Note that from November to March this is an adults only hotel, children are welcome from April to October.
