Albergo Terminus Hotel

4 star

The Albergo Terminus was born out of the complete restructuring of an early 19th-Century building and has become a landmark for discerning clientele. The hotel occupies a splendid position on the shores of Lake Como, a stone’s throw from the Cathedral and the magnificent Cavour Square right in the heart of the town. Each bedroom is individually furnished, keeping with the style of the hotel, with lively colours and prized fabrics made from the finest of Como silk. The interior halls feature cast iron lamps, delicate stucco work on the walls and Lombard paintings. From the main hall there is access to the restaurant and to some of the bedrooms. A lovely base and great value too.

  • Iles Borromees

Iles Borromees Under a kilometer from Lake Maggiore, Iles Borromees is a super course carved from a forest and with lake and mountain views.  It’s a day for great golf and great photo opportunities.  Slightly hilly, you need to drive well as the fairways are not too generous for the big hitters so …

  • Menaggio Golf

Menaggio Golf The par 70 of the course says something of the course, it being short but it requires precision. It does not describe the fascinaton and authenticity of the natural terrain, the difficulties, the narrow fairways and the steep inclines. This explains why the course has never and probably never will …

  • Paradiso del Garda

Paradiso del Garda Designed with nature in mind, the course spreads over former vineyards and around the old lakes. This is idyllic holiday golf with the views setting the pace. A great course for Matchplay with several do-or-die hole with a grand finale too! Hilly in parts. Easy walking. 18 miles west of Verona.

  • Arzaga

Arzaga Less than three miles from Lake Garda is the fantastic Palazzo Arzaga Resort & Spa.
