Booking a Golf Holiday

We are the most modern part of the oldest golf holiday company in Europe. So we combine experience and expertise with the most up-to-date booking service and choice.

Golf Holidays offers you the easiest way to book and pay for your golf holiday. Our choice is massive and the website will grow to over 60 countries around the world. However, our choice comes within the following criteria: easy-to-get-to and safe destinations, quality golf, politically stable environments and a wide choice of accommodation and things to do.

There are three options to book:

  • 1. You can use our unrivalled access to API Links (live booking engines) to build your own holiday.
  • 2. You can take advantage of ready-made packages…All you need to do is choose your dates

Whichever way you choose to book, rest assured that one of our experts will check that your itinerary runs smoothly.

Our prices include any taxes and service charges payable. Any supplements or upgrades offered can be accepted or declined by you. The documentation will clearly detail the itinerary and the total price.

Golf Holidays Deposits

Deposits are 20% plus any prepayments of the holiday cost at the time of booking and the balance is automatically deducted eight weeks before the holiday departure date or at the time of booking if the holiday departure is within ten weeks of the booking date.

Deposits and payments can be made either by credit card (2.5% surcharge), debit card, bank transfer or PayPal.  You can also pay by cheque but please call us and let us know if you would like to do this and we will organise accordingly.

Name changes can be made at no charge but we do require the names and details of your party members before you travel.

As soon as you pay your holiday balance, we will provide you with an Access Key to the 'Download tickets and booking information' on our Client Zone and also to the 'Exclusive Past Client offers'. Your tickets will include golf and hotel vouchers, tourist information and maps, a copy of your holiday itinerary and out-of-office contact numbers for use in emergencies.

We are fully-bonded members of ABTA (W5077). Flights can be advised and booked on your behalf using your credit card.

Groups and Societies

The holiday prices on the website are designed for parties of between 2 and 8 people. If there are more in your party, you should take the holiday price as a guide and contact us for a group price. We sometimes receive group deals such as a free bedroom for every 10 rooms we book and 1 in 10 free green fees and we will always try for a room upgrade for the Group Leader.
