Royal Malta Golf Course

A pleasant holiday golf course with a lower slope rating than most so you should be able to have fun and play to your handicap…So your holiday in Malta just got better!  The Royal Malta Golf Club was  founded in 1888 primarily as a facility for British servicemen stationed in Malta: Within one month of his arrival, Lieutenant-General Sir Henry D’Oyley Torrens founded the club, laid out a nine-hole course and commandeered a clubhouse!  Now a Par 69, 18 holer, you need to concentrate on hitting the ball straight rather than hitting it 300 yards. The members are most welcoming and the clubhouse and bar are like a home from home (but with sunshine and Mediterranean views)
