Belle Dune receives more and more plaudits and is deservedly recognised as one of the most beautiful courses in Europe. Designed as a wonderful walk through one of the largest nature reserves in Europe, you can’t help but swing with a big smile – regardless of your score. The recipe for success here is to follow the shape of the fairways in order to attack the large greens, putt well and don’t lose your concentration or cut any corners. Go for a few birdies when it’s calm but be happy with bogeys when the wind blows off the nearby coast. Easy walking, though the distance between green and next tee can be long. Small but welcoming clubhouse. One mile from Fort-Mahon and 18 miles south of Le Touquet. A real gem. Only seven buggies are available as Belle Dune is a protected nature reserve.
