With a surface area of 10,000 acres (4,045 hectares), the lake has many fingers and coves where you can find glassy water, perfect for riding a Jet Ski. Bartlett Lake, part of Tonto National Forest north east of Phoenix, is a reservoir with gently sloping beaches on the west side and mountains that break the wind on the east - this geography makes for great lake weather.

Q Lounge is adjacent to Bobby Q's, a barbecue restaurant. Diners at Bobby Q's can go next door to the Q Lounge. This night club has the standard array of beautiful people, but there are also dress down hours, games and contests, and munchies.
Coyote Alley
This is not a glitzy night club like some of the others listed here. It's mostly country, and mostly a bar with entertainment and dancing--DJs and live bands. There aren't many other options for good nightlife in the northwest part of town.
Scottsdale has more eateries and nightlife than you could wish for. Just ask your Hotel Concierge or taxi or just head to the Old Town.
